ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS

Great Room Addition

A beautiful 500 square foot great room addition with cathedral ceilings, rustic beams and T&G wood ceilings. Expands the home with very warm and comfortable feeling.

Horse Pasture Addition

Surrounded by 12 acres of horse pastures, this country home in Millbrook, NY has both privacy and charm. We tore down the porch, poured a foundation and built a sunroom with two walls and windows. This room was opened up to the rest of the house, enhancing the space and light on the entire ground floor. To accommodate the owner’s office and storage needs, we raised the roof and added a dormer, opening up space for an office nook and an extensive wall of bookshelves and storage cabinets. To finish off the house, we added a front porch with custom designed columns.

COMMERCIAL

Rivergate

Rivergate Senior Living facility is a beautiful state of the art Energy Efficient building on the banks of the Hudson River providing quality living for retired members of our community. This building features high efficiency heating and cooling systems, solar thermal and the latest in energy efficient building techniques.

ENERGY SMART PROJECTS

Solar Thermal

Imagine saving up to 65% off your hot water bill. A solar hot water system absorbs the sun’s energy and will use it to pre-heat the water in your storage tank. It supplements your traditional water heating system, so you always have plenty of hot water.

Solar Electric

Putting a solar electric panel system on your roof is a smart, safe, and profitable investment.  Electricity rates historically rise between 4 and 7 percent annually – meaning your electricity rates could double in ten years. The sun, however, never sends you a bill.  That means ten years from now, the solar energy you are collecting will still be free, while the cost of electricity from your utility company will most likely have doubled.

Insulation

Imagine keeping your home warm and cozy with the help of cellulose and foam insulation.  These environmentally friendly products are the most energy efficient insulations for your home. And we have all the tools to utilize these products to help you insulate and save money on energy costs.

“We want to thank you for the insulation work you did on our home. The work was done on schedule; your crew was a pleasure to have around and professional. Most importantly, the work is quality work which has brought a sense of comfort to us that we were not expecting.” – Troy and Shara, Lake Katrine, NY
